Engine - Internal - aftermarket rods, forgies, cracked ring on third, cams (alleged, havent checked for myself yet)
Engine - External bolt on - competition water pump, removed air-con compressor, copy greddy wide sump

Brake & Clutch - Typical R31 handbrake (i.e. doesnt work... at all)... auto

R31 Sky-via
this is my r31 skyline project car. it has an sr20det with an auto box. it has also been lowered on king springs over monroe shocks.
put the pintara wagon (CA20) crossmember in, moved the engine back about 2 inches.
new engine mounts have been made!!! the engine is about 40mm off the firewall but is on a chronic lean back because i didnt take into account the gearbox crossmember 
oops
bought the series 3 front end (bonnet, front bar, filler panel, grill, fenders) and it is on now. just needs a respray and panel gaps need fixing
saving up for electric power steering at the moment. sounds like a fighter jet when the pump spools up!!! 
should save me a bit of power for only a little hassle.
Fabricated an air duct in metal tech at school, fitted like a square peg in a round hole so spent about 6 hours cutting, shaving, riveting, drilling, lying under the car, cutting the living shit out of my hands, swearing, but in the end,it fits pretty good. hope its worth the hassel...
got the rad. in place, and the 'cooler + header tank, maaad tig job on the tank but the cooler still needs stiching, should be pretty easy though
got give a racing harness. 5 point and it looks awesome. problem is that it expired in 1991!! oh well, good for a dummy fit anyway
RESPRAY IS FINALLY HAPPENING IN LATE JANUARY OR EARLY FEBRUARY... HELL YEA!

intercooler and rad. in place, ready for some TIGgin'!
coolant piping almost done... one more T-piece for the turbo and a rad. install, and the water side of the build will be done
brake pedal finally installed, wont have to rely on flogged out wheel bearings to slow me down anymore
...but the bloody new intercooler doesnt fit, might have to move the enging back an inch or 3
just put the new plenum on, greddy copy, oh yeah looks awesome.
this was excatly wat i was going to do with my old s3 r31.
