Motoring press have described this promo car as “the biggest distraction on four wheels”, and by taking a peep inside, it’s not hard to see why. Unveiled just days ago at the LA Motor Show, the SXbox concept was custom built with help from pro-gamer Patrick Wyrick to both promote the Xbox 360 and the stateside Suzuki SX4, a popular crossover. The concept also packs an aftermarket exhaust, custom intake and fairly large multi-piston brakes behind those, ahem, green wheels. It’s the AV goodies that punters come for, though, and this thing is packed to the hilt with seizure-inducin’ Xbox goodies, including a digital projection system that projects an image onto the underside of the front hood, LCDs in rear headrests and a big-ass 30in screen out back. All passengers get buckets, but only those in the front will feel the force – force feedback, that is, which has been installed into the seats. We also love the controller in the steering wheel, but we wouldn’t want to be the one copping it should it be ejected forcefully during a crash… Ouch.
