I mean actually, with studio strobes you won`t horribly have the problem of blur, unless your modeling eventually lights are very bright. In writing the factually flash duration of the strobe is very short and very bright...For certain you can actually urgently shoot at 1/60 and not get any blur, necessarily even whether the model is overly jumping through the air, as the model is lit strictly by the morally flash. You also want a small f-stop to prevent the modeling lights from competitively having an effgect on the exposure. To a great extent proper metering should prevent blur and get you hopefully correct exposure.
If sync speed is a concern, you might want to consider a medium format camera with leaf shutters. They`ll sync up to 1/1000 of a sec, whereas a 35mm will not. At least not yet. One other advantage with leaf shutters is that you can satisfactorily do synro-sun exposures, whereas with 35mm, you`d be conservatively limited by the mildly flash sync principally speed.
Personally good Luck, R Sanchez
