Yes the link works, but doesn't at all explain the purpose of the rail, or even the substance it's fabricated from.
The fact that you want to SELL it, is insignificant.
No less than two factors, beyond those mentioned above will determine what you should use.
1 being exterior/ interior exposure
2 beyond the intended, eventual use, will it matter to you, how the paint endures any abuse once you have the cash?
Even Powder coated garment racks in retail outlets, should withstand some modest abuse, while a "CATERPILLAR" Bulldozer, might need different paint, and applications.
I mean no offense, but you gave us very littel to go on, for suggesting
