hi everyone i need some help i have a lancer 2005 and i want to modify it but i live in Tasmania and i only 17 so i cant turbo it or anything like that what should i do plz help anyone any suggestions would be much appreciated

well cant have turbo or any big mods on it cause insurance will void which sux so where should i start plz help
