A NEW Zealand teenager tried to sell sexy photos of his mother in her underwear online to make some quick cash.

While most 18-year-olds would balk at the thought of their parents naked, Auckland student Michael appeared comfortable with the concept, twice listing nude and semi-clothed images of his 44-year-old mother Jennifer.

The first time he auctioned "five naked photos of my mum'' to annoy her after the pair had an argument, he told the Herald on Sunday newspaper.

When TradeMe removed the listing the following day he relisted a second series of "glamour photos'' with her permission.

This time there was more clothing but one was an underwear shot.

Michael, who did not want his full name used, said he did it for the extra cash.

"We're not rich or anything,'' he said.

Jennifer said she was "pretty annoyed'' by the first listing, calling her son a "cheeky little git'', but liked the second lot because they were "quite artistic''.
"There's nothing dodgy about them. They were taken by a family friend about eight years ago,'' Jennifer told the newspaper.

"I wanted 50 per cent of the sale but more than that, I miss the nice comments.''

The photos were viewed 11,000 times before they were pulled by the website's management, citing "inappropriateness''.

"We don't really want to be the place where people list photos of their mums in their underwear,'' TradeMe spokesman Jon Macdonald said.

A TEENAGER had a lucky escape after falling asleep in a dumpster and waking up in the crusher jaws of a garbage truck south of Melbourne.

The 19-year-old was trapped inside the truck's mechanical compacter early toiday but screams alerted the driver of the truck and he freed the trapped teen.

He ended up with broken ribs, though his injuries could could have been worse.

A friend, who was also asleep in the dumpster when it was emptied into the truck about 1.30am (AEST) in Narre Warren North Rd, was not injured.

Paramedics arrived at an address in Narre Warren North Rd, in Melbourne's outer southeast, within minutes of receiving the call.

Paramedic Andrew Winkler said the men were asleep in the dumpster when it was emptied.

"Both were thrown into the back of the garbage truck, and the 19-year-old became caught in the mechanical compacter," Winkler said.
"Thankfully the truck driver heard their screams, and checked the back of the truck.

"He found the man trapped in the compacter and was able to free him."

Besides the broken ribs the man suffered cuts, bruising and swelling.

He was taken to Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition.

"The men are incredibly lucky that the truck driver heard their screams for help over the sound of the garbage compacter," Winkler said.

A 37-YEAR-old Malaysian man married to a 106-year-old woman has been arrested on drugs charges.

Police in Terengganu, in Malaysia's north, said that Che Mat Nor Musa was arrested at his home on suspicion of taking heroin.

Anti-narcotics officials said he would be sent to a drug rehabilitation centre in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur, the official news agency Bernama reported.

His marriage to Wook Kundor, who is almost 70 years his senior, created headlines after their 2006 wedding.

Ms Kundor, believed to be the oldest woman in the region, said she was aware that her young husband had undergone treatment for drug addiction in the past, but said their married life had been happy.

"I will allow him to receive treatment again so that he can be cured of his drug addiction and return here after that," she told Bernama.

A police spokeswoman said the arrest came after a lengthy investigation.

"We carried out two months of surveillance after receiving the information so as to avoid wrongful arrest," she said.

"After receiving counselling, he admitted having been admitted to (a) drug rehabilitation centre."

GERMAN police called to clear a road of a dead badger found the animal in question had in fact gorged itself on over-ripe, fermented cherries and, blind drunk, staggered out into the middle of the road.

"The animal's stomach had turned the fruit to alcohol and the badger was, to put it crudely, drunk as a skunk,'' said police.

"In addition, the badger was suffering from diarrhoea studded with cherry stones.''

Prodding the reluctant beast with a stick, officers managed to persuade it to leave the road near the town of Goslar in northwestern Germany and to sleep off his night of excess in a nearby meadow.

"It could not immediately be established whether the badger got into trouble with his wife when he came home in such a state,'' the police said

A MAN persuaded police to arrest his pet dog after it ate his rent money by bribing them with more cash to make it worth their while.

Robert Njeru, 25, of Nakuru town in Kenya, took his dog to the local police station after it chewed up almost 3,000 Kenyan shillings (£20).

The farmer had left his rent money for the month on his bed in the morning when he went to work.

When he returned that night, all that remained were a few shreds of banknotes on the floor.

The furious Mr Njeru marched his dog down to the police station and demanded that officers lock up the animal.

Police reportedly refused him until he paid them 50 shillings to make it worth their while.

However on hearing about the story, the district police boss fired the police officer for accepting a bribe and released the dog back to its owner.

Local police spokesman Steven Karungu said: "It was a really stupid thing for the police to lock up a dog after being given a bribe. It degrades the police force in this area.

"It is true the dog ate his master's money, but it was because of his own carelessness, and he should deal with his problems by himself, and not involve the police."

Mr Njeru has still not forgiven his dog and has put it up for sale for 20 shillings, the equivalent of 10p.

A WOMAN is suing a hotel claiming her daughter got pregnant after using its swimming pool.

Magdalena Kwiatkowska's 13-year-old girl returned home to Poland from their Egyptian holiday expecting a baby.

Kwiatkowska believes the teenager conceived from stray sperm after taking a dip in the hotel's mixed pool. She is now demanding a payout.

A travel industry source said: "The mother is adamant that her daughter didn't meet any boys while she was there.

"She is determined to go ahead with the case."
