well, it might just be me, but I reckon this forum has a lot of "unused" space on the sides. Just some crappy "background" with hot4s logo's everywhere fading into black.
why not get rid of that useless crap altogether and then have more visible space on screen that can actually be used?
oh and while I'm at it, the fact that you can only post pictures like 400 pixels wide is absolutely balls. Fix it!

it's actually the same size as the old forums, just centred instead of left-aligned. There's some technical reason for it. As to the photo size, I'll leave it up to our website dude to answer that.

I have to agree Rob that was quality MSPaint.
Could it possibly be that the old forum had different skins to choose from allowing us to do away with all the advertising they put on it?

ahh could be, I do remember there being a skin that had advertising on it, don't recall how much of the page it took up though.
